tkpk1 Terms & Conditions
Please read these complete terms carefully before using the tkpk1 platform — they constitute a binding agreement between you and us.
This document forms a legal agreement between tkpk1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "tkpk1") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member"). tkpk1 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform when they take effect, and continued use will be considered your acceptance.
General Terms
1.1 Eligibility to Use the Platform
The following conditions must be met to register and use the tkpk1 platform:
- You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
- You must operate the platform in your own name and from your own account.
- You must not be a resident or citizen of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by tkpk1.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Any attempt to operate multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address will be considered a violation of platform rules and may result in all accounts being suspended or permanently closed, along with forfeiture of any pending balances.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of applicable balances. tkpk1 may request relevant documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.
Account Security & Responsibility
2.1 Account Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and any security codes completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
2.2 Password Policy
Use a strong and unique password that is not used on any other site. It is recommended that you change your password regularly. tkpk1 will never ask for your password or full credit/debit card number via email or chat.
2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, renting, or surrendering an account to a third party in any way is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be closed immediately.
Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on tkpk1 is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
- Bank Transfer — Via major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.
The name provided at the time of deposit must match the name on your registered account. Payments through third parties are not accepted and suspicious transactions may be held for investigation.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be held or rejected if the following conditions are not met:
- Identity verification has not been completed.
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
- There is an active investigation on the account.
- There is insufficient betting activity relative to the method and amount of the most recent deposit.
3.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on tkpk1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
tkpk1 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus application examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳28,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). The wagering multiplier is 15 times (15x).
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Using low-risk strategies with bonus funds (such as betting on all outcomes) may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- tkpk1 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.
4.4 VIP & Cashback Program
tkpk1 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Tiers are advanced based on regular activity and engagement with the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Settlement
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, tkpk1 will settle the bet according to applicable rules — typically the bet is voided and the original amount is returned.
5.2 Errors & Technical Issues
tkpk1 is not liable for any outcome resulting from technical errors, software faults, or communication disruptions. tkpk1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or settings.
5.3 Suspicious Activity
Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of bots/scripts against the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all associated winnings and balances will be forfeited.
5.4 Markets & Odds
tkpk1 offers markets across various sports — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Odds may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.
Prohibited Use & Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk1 platform:
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal purposes.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using low-risk strategies with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts on the platform's systems, software, or network.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or placing bets on behalf of others.
- Operating an account using third-party funds.
- Threatening, obscene, or offensive behavior toward other users.
- Using fake identities, documents, or information to bypass identity verification.
Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.
Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Collection of Personal Information

tkpk1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
9.2 Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
tkpk1 accepts no liability for the following:
- Losses due to internet disconnection or device issues.
- Errors by third-party software or payment providers.

- Direct or indirect financial losses from gaming activity.

tkpk1 reserves the right to amend these rules and terms at any time. An effort will be made to notify members of important changes. Continued use of the platform after the amended terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
